Marcello Danieli Managing owner HARDER logistics GmbH & Co. KG
Danieli laid the foundation for his professional career by studying business management at college in Friedrichshafen. The certified business manager specialised there in marketing, exports, human resources and finance.
From 1982 to 1990, Danieli worked for Gremerath Bürosysteme GmbH in Aalen, an office communication company, most recently as a Management Assistant. He began his career in special transports, business relocations and customised logistics solutions when he moved to shipping company Stamm GmbH in Ulm, gaining experience there in sales, key account and quality management. He was later appointed an authorised officer and member of executive management for Stamm GmbH.
In 2003 Danieli set up on his own, taking over three legally distinct firms: HARDER Transporte GmbH, the international shipping company HARDER and the removals firm HARDER. The name is still being used. The company trades as HARDER logistics GmbH & Co. KG. The Managing Partner has restructured everything else about the company. The business fields cover business and plant relocations, industrial assembly, file management, site dismantling, special solutions for the logistics industry, warehouse, self-storage and office and household removals. Continual investment in special vehicles and high-tech equipment goes hand-in-hand with the restructuring/expansion of the business fields.
On 1st June 2018, Danieli was appointed to the board of Club der Industrie, Ulm/Neu-Ulm. At the same time, he was also chosen to join the board of the regional assembly of the Swabian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Danieli is a 2018 award winner of the Werner-Bonhoff-Stiftung. This honours entrepreneurs who have made a practical contribution to the “Bureaucracy Therapy” project.
Hermann Allgaier Managing Director HARDER logistics
Hermann Allgaier has been on the Management Board of HARDER logistics since 2016. Prior to this, he was employed in a managerial role by the system supplier for two years. His responsibilities primarily concern comprehensive representation of complex industrial projects. Alongside Marcello Danieli, who has managed the company since 2003, Allgaier wants to focus on the strategic expansion of business relocations, a growth sector.
The native of Immenstadt has substantial expertise in the fields of industrial, electrical and mechanical engineering. This was gathered over many years, working first for technology group Voith and later for service company Wisag. The certified electrical engineer was an authorised officer of these companies from 2002 with overall responsibility for several locations in each case.
